I really like your description and observation of the characters. They feel so alive! How long did it take you to get it this refined? Or how many drafts? I’m writing my first draft right now, which is a bit more bare bones and could really do with some more observations like yours 😍
Thank you so much, Helene! 😊 My first draft was much more bare bones than what you’re seeing now. Most of the character observations came through several rounds of revision. Don’t worry about getting everything in on the first pass, just get the story down. ✨
Oh, Izzy is sooo cool, I like her very much! I can literally feel her aura as a reader. 😂 Hmmm, looks like it’s going to be a real David vs. Goliath battle in the next part from what I can tell. 😄
